Services

First Line Tracy Fence Builders provides professional fence installation, repair, and related services in Tracy, CA and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property as permitted by California law.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local HOA rules and city regulations. We can assist with permit applications for an additional fee. Any delays or costs resulting from permit issues are your responsibility.

Warranties

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both labor and materials. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties are void if the fence is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modifications by others.

Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance and licensing for our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for underground utilities not properly marked or disclosed, or for pre-existing property conditions not visible during our initial assessment.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may forfeit the deposit. Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to secure any pets during our work. We are not responsible for damage to sprinkler systems, landscaping, or other items not disclosed to us before work begins.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be governed by the laws of the State of California. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
